FMF Fitting Probs

Post by cfspawn »

Hey all just put me new Fatty pipe and silencer on. an awsome upgrade and given me at least 40% more power (as my stock was bent)

Only problem is that one of the holes dont match up the three other mounts line up perfect except this one. here is a pic

doesnt seem to be worrying it as its well and truley bolted on there just curious if anyone else have had this..

cfspawn - Are you using the rubber mount dampers to mount the pipe? There should be one that mounts from that mount point on the pipe to the frame.

It's all coming back now... yes there is suposed to be one there... my rubber was torn and it was basically decoration on my 92.

You didn't have them on your old pipe? You are supposed to reuse them for your new pipe...

You'll need to pick up 3 of them to mount the pipe correctly. Give me a sec and i'll scare up a part number for you.

Looks like the part number is: 92075-1891 DAMPER,MUFFLER 3x

All the mount tabs on the pipe are offset so that they line up with the damper mounts.
