Hi all does anybody know if the piston kits are the same for the sr .
I know the kips are different but need to know if the pistons and gaskets are interchangeable

You rock!hi-def wrote: ↑08:54 pm Sep 22 2021 I have just done a rebuild on an SR, I used E model gaskets, the differences are the exhaust gasket (which is a different style due to slip-on vs bolt on, SR uses 11009-1992 which is also found on the KR250) and no oil pump gasket but is easy enough to make. The gasket kit I bought was just an aftermarket one but I used genuine Kawasaki for the crank seals, 92049-1047 is listed for the SR but 92049-1068 from the E model is exactly the same.
The piston I used was a Wossner 8093db which is listed for all KDX200 86-06, I also used a Wossner rod for a 89-06 KDX200 also.
