I don't think that is going to work. The timing would be off.

I have no personal experience with E series KDX bikes. That said, you could try operating with just one of the sub valves and main exhaust valve operational, the remaining sub valve cemented open or closed as experience dictates. Can't predict how this will work, but it won't do any harm to try.

Also, I understand new, I think bronze, valves were or are available. A search of this site should provide more information.

Pumpguy thanks yeah im looking into that having trouble finding posts about it I seen the bronze ones for sale in the USA I probly wouldn't go with the steel valves because they would ruin the cylinder before they break right? I was looking at cutting the excess from a 1994 kx 125 valve to make it fit or make it stuck in open or closed but I'm still looking for the post about having them stuck in open or closed position and help on finding post would be much appreciated

Thanks I have looked and prices are a bit high converted to nzd especially pounds to nzd the person I brought bike off said there was some in the USA there made of aluminum but then I would have to buy spares after reading the e model was bad for these valve always breaking I'm looking to see if kx125 valves can be machined to fit
