I would think so.... any chance you can get a video of it like 5-10 ft away in the drive way? It may help people get a better hear at the sound.

Other then that, I would maybe check the bolts on the power valve... ? That's all I got man, only thing I can think of is on that list above, but really sounding normal to me, just loud in that particular video/location...
