Fredette torque ring with FMF Desert Pipe

Post by bradf »

Anyone using both the torque ring and the desert pipe? If so, was there a difficulty with mounting due to the pipe being pushed too far out. I can't seem to get the pipe to fit with the ring.

I run 'em both. Maybe that's why I had to give my pipe a good shove to get it to fit!

At first when I used the torque ring I got spooge out of the exhaust port area, as only one o-ring was doing the (not very good) job. Some high-temp RTV sealant solved the problem after that.

Let us know if you can tell the difference with the torque ring!
