Rack doesn't move much actually. If it rotates up and the bike runs normally it may be fine. Still, I'd probably clean the PV thoroughly. WD 40 is a band aid at best.

yes sure I agree, I will take the whole cylinder/kips off soon, but what I dont understand is that I see these youtube videos with the rack turning more than mine does and bike is running like it was again ? know what I mean?

Uppdate.my exhaust valve rod with the Oring(pipe side.) moves slow and a bit hard, is it normal, I have cleaned it. any info on that on here? thanks

No, it should be smooth and move easily if you are moving just the rod and sub-valve by themselves.
