Setup for the dunes?

Hey, I am new to this site and looking for advice on how to set up my KDX for some dune riding. I have a '92 KDX200 with FMFpipe/silencer, RB carb mod, Boyesen 607 reeds, air lid removed, 12/47 gearing, UNI filter, and I just bought a 6 paddle tire for it. My question is what specific jetting should I use for the way my bike is modified? Also, do I need to add a few links to the chain to clear the mud flap with the paddle? Is there anything I need to do to setup my bike for the dunes? Any help would be greatly appreciated. It doesn't seem like many guys on KDX's take their bikes to the dunes so I just want to make sure I have mine set up right. Thanks
