Gatoroc, how do you like that Scotts rear disc guard?
I always thought they looked awesome.

That is odd.
Is there any pref between Takasago and DID Oem rims?
I think the Takasago look a little nicer / shapelier.
But wasn’t sure if one was considered preferable.

Are you seeing a Takasago made rim stock on a KDX or older KX??

My 95 KDX are both Takasago. They came with bike and don’t say excel on them anywhere. Since I saw that one on eBay for KX250 that looks same as mine, I was thinking they must be OEM.
I just checked my spare 97 KX125 (that doesn’t match my forks) and it is a DID.
Are the Takasago something extra ? I thought they looked just like Gatorocs. But now notice they are a little different.

Those are stock.
Excel aftermarket are not the same as Takasago OEM. Just be aware of that.
