Hi all,
I am having a nightmare trying to get the waterpump seal to seal around the impeller shaft (13232-1089) and I have an off-road competition coming up soon. I love everything about the wee bike otherwise. The shaft is showing signs of wear and I had it slightly polished to take away the rough bits but still has not worked. I need advise on how to properly seal this or do I need a new shaft and if I need a new shaft does anyone have one. I am based in Scotland and am happy to pay for overseas postage. Can anyone help

Not familiar with E Series impeller shaft, but if all else fails, you might look into getting your shaft's sealing surface reconditioned.
There are various platings and coatings designed specifically for this purpose. I would look under INDUSTRIAL COATINGS and see what turns up.

I might still have a very lightly used one.
