I seen this on a trial website from England. Someone with tools and skills (Slick Nick) could make these and sell them to us.
Trials Bike Parts :: Engine & Transmission :: Honda TLR200 / TLR250 Clutch Actuating Arm Extension / Lightener
If that link doesn’t work then someone tell me how to attach a photo.
Looks simple enough to make. However, the stock KDX arm has a tab to keep the cable in the arm that would need to be accounted for.
Has anyone got a spare stock clutch arm that they could send me? It would probably be just as easy for me to make an entirely new piece from scratch, probably even including the main shaft part.
Ok it took me a couple days but I do have one I can send you. I’m leaving tomorrow for the VetMX Nationals and won’t be home till sometime Sunday so next week I can remove it from the engine I have and send it to you.
Slick_Nick if you will message me your address I will remove the clutch arm and get it shipped to you. Broke my collarbone this past weekend at the Veteran Nationals but I should be able to get it out with one arm.
I'll send you an email as your account doesn't support private messaging. Sorry to hear about your collarbone! Did mine last spring and it wasn't fun! See here: viewtopic.php?f=94&t=25523
