Thinking of pulling the trigger on a EFM auto clutch.
When changing up do you just come off throttle and shift? And same down?

I got mine used from another kdx owner on these forums. It was a simple “drop in” for the stock clutch. It comes with a spacer and longer case bolts. You’ll have to devise a way to seal off the hole where the OEM clutch mechanism goes there the top of the case. I used a bike and nut with appropriate washers and a rubber seal I cut from an old inner tube.

Rekluse here instead of EFM but as to your question, I still use the clutch for shifting gears.
