after a year of trying to get my keihin pwk tuned and failing miserably i bit the bullet and bought a new carb, after a bit of measuring i now realize the emulsion tube was worn, not oval like everybody said it would be, just evenly worn bigger to the point where i was running a 32 pilot jet and still too rich
today i took the jet block to my machinist, removed the emulsion tube and talked about making up a batch of new emulsion tubes for sale, they would come with a centre punch machined down to the right size to easily remove the old emulsion tube
my question is what would people be willing to pay for a kit like this, just so i know if i am able to make a profit,as far as i know nothing like this is available and it would restore your old carb back to perfect working order
