I recently picked up a 2000 kdx200 that has a kouba kdx2 linkage on it. I would like to get it back to stock suspension but I can only find older 94-9X linkages on eBay. The stock numbers are different but does anyone know how different the links are? Worst case I can fab some custom ones but I'd like to stick to OEM if possible.

Re: Kdx suspension link
I have the same setup. I'll take some photos of the original dog bones and post them up.

I believe the standard dog bone link hole center distance is 112.5 mm.
The originals are just plated carbon steel, 6 mm thick I believe. I made a longer set from 1/4" stainless steel plate.
You should not have much trouble finding a used set of original links, although it is quite simple to make your own. Do a search here on this site. There's quite a few threads on this subject.
