Does an e series have clutch "rubbers"... Don't know if you call them rubbers in english ;) https://www.outlawracing.nl/prox-koppel ... -1989-2005
Can't find them in the OEM parts

Yes they do. They are just slighlty smaller in diameter than the H series cushions.

They are not listed separately on the OE parts list as they are part of the complete clutch basket with gear sprocket attached ....
When you replace the worn clutch basket with an aftermarket item you will need to drill out the rivets from the gear sprocket & separate this from the clutch basket ...the 'rubbers ' are between the sprocket & basket ( you can only see them when you spit the two ) ...a new basket doesn't come with new rubbers , but it should come with new rivets or screws & loctite ....you can just re-use your old rubbers .

I have pulled several E series clutches apart and every one of them had split cushions that allowed too much movement between the gear and basket.

If your cushions are worn out then using the H series ones will work. Might be a little tight, but that isn't necessarily a problem.
