how often too change coolant

I think I have the stock green coolant in mine still, it says change every 2 years, what brand coolant do you seasoned guys prefer? thanks

I've just been running the universal green stuff for aluminum motors. I drain and flush it yearly.

ok its just that there is so much to chose from, organic , non organic hehe

I use the cheapest stuff that says it's safe for aluminum. You will notice no difference between it and the fancy stuff if you flush it like you should.
