drainbolt plug carb

hi guys, the 17 mm drain bolt at the bottom off the float bowl on the H series, can I get access to both the main and pilot jet thru it? or just the main? thanks

thanks Jason, I have a modded float bowl from adam Millar that might work, so much easier

How is it modded?
I have a 2005 KX250. The carb on it allows both, so I have seen it before.
