Rear master rebuild, O ring troubles
Hey guys I'm rebuilding my rear master cylinder and the inlet from the reservoir is giving my troubles. Everything else went together smoothly but it seems the oring won't let the plastic 90 sit down to where I can put the circlip in. I'm afraid to force it. The 90 sit perfect without the oring, the oring is a little tight when seated by itself, and sits nicely on the 90. When all together it seems it compresses enough to bind up and not allow everything to sit down correctly. Could the Oring be the wrong size?

Everything is lubed with brake fluid, got everything as a kit from all balls, there's no powdercoat or junk gumming anything up.

Rear master rebuild, O ring troubles
When I did mine, I put the o-ring in first, then pushed the connector in with firm pressure. Mine just kinda snapped right in. Then install snap ring. Keep playing with it.
If you lend someone $20, and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Yeah It slipped right in with the right amount of force. Just didn't want to break anything
