yes, but the supplied jets may be different, you want the 35mm keihin,

looking for a new carb

Post by SS109 »

Please don't buy those cheap knock offs. I've read of countless horror stories with them. Do a Google search and you'll see what I mean. Plus, they are just ripping off Keihin's designs and intellectual property rights. Here is a link on how to spot the difference between a genuine carb and a cheap knock off: http://www.sudco.com/genuine_vs_fake_carburetors.html

Sudco is $242 (part # 016.150) for a genuine PWK 35 or $261 for the Air Striker version (part # 016.160). Or, you can get RB's modified carbs for $340 for standard or $360 for the Air Striker. All four options are brand new genuine Keihin carbs.

Jets R Us sells genuine Keihin carbs. Last time I checked the PWK 35 was $176 and the PWK 35 air striker was $186.

They accept PayPal and have free shipping over $99 for the US.
2 or 3 business days after ordering mine it was sitting at the front door. Good company to deal with.

Don't forget that whatever the price is, that is for the "stock" slide number, needle, main and pilot jets, not whatever you will end up running.

Yeah i see that about the 35's. Looks like you can click on a 28 or a 41 Pro, weird. Their number is 951-468-5387 but it says email is best.
I would order a PWK off of Ebay ONLY if it were from the US or Japan and ONLY if it had serial numbers on the right side above the float bowl.
Did you notice on the knockoff carbs the Sudco sticker on the floatbowl says Sudoo? What a crock.

Lectron is probably a solid choice if replacing a carb with new. Or one of RB's carbs.
