HI all!!



I purchased a 2002 KDX 200 from a friend a year ago and proceeded to take apart as it had a few issues (rear shock was bad, front suspension, etc). I took many pictures and labeled as much as I could but was wondering if there is a manual or a guide that shows steps for assembly of a complete bike. If anyone knows of anything like this I would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!

Also, they frequently come up for sale here on the For Sale page or on eBay.

If you go with the online version, just print out the whole thing and you don't then have to worry about expiration dates.

Getting a manual is money well spent, believe me.

There is a link on the home page to buy a Cyclepedia manual. Another option is to buy an OEM manual off eBay. Please don't ask for an illegal manual, as this site wants no part of copyright infringement.

I really like the online Cyclepedia manual. On my iPad I can zoom in on photos to get a better visual . Also online is in color, so much easier to interpret.

Manual should always be a first purchase, followed by a torque wrench.
