Extended Fuel Screw?

Post by iamrobed »

Good morning. Was wondering if there was an extended fuel screw for a 97 220.
Like one i can adjust with my fingers instead of a screwdriver.
If anybody has had one are they machined to a factory spec? As in are they trustable?
Any links to a reputable site that sells them?
Thank you for your time

I have one on my 220...

I helped the guy with some testing here in the UK before he manufactured them for the Keihin pkw carb on the kdx some years ago, if you go onto eBay & search adjustable fuel screw pkw ...the guy goes by the name of "SMOKIN"

I carry a pocket screw driver in my bag.

I know I saw one for sale somewhere online... let me see if I can remember. I know that you can get them through RB-designs, but you can only get them included with his carb service, not sold separately.

This is the air screw I use. This and the regular length metal idle screw that's available for PWK's and you're tool free on air and idle.
