bent shift lever question

the stocker was bent so i picked up a emgo.that piece bent with in a couple hours.who makes a tough replacment?i was looking at the moose but it looks just like the emgo.im surprised to see that the stocker was beefier

My moose replacement has been holding up great. You might look at having a reinforcement piece welded to your shifter.

Reinforcement? Better a bent lever than a shifting shaft snapped off - IMO.

I've used Moose brand shifting levers on a number of bikes in the past and have be pleased with fit, function, and quality.

The stock one is very pliable. I highly recommend taking them off before bending though. Otherwise Charley earns an "I told you so" and you win a no-expense-paid trip to tranny land. (that's transmission, son) :blink:
