Hi,
I'm not having much luck finding what exhaust o-rings and springs to use and where to get them. I have a 1990 KDX 200 E with an FMF fatty pipe and powercore silencer. Any suggestions?

The OEM springs and O-rings work fine. I looked on FMF's site and surprised to see that they apparently don't have them on there. You can probably call them to place at order at 310-631-4363.

Good to know! Thanks Commander. I'll order the OEM springs and o-rings then. I was also surprised that I couldn't find any offering from FMF. Kind of weird since they make the pipe and it looks like they offer the spring & o-ring kits for many other bikes. But that's fine now that I know the OEM kit will work.

I took my old O rings to a hardwear / plumbing centre & matched them up with what they had .... Worked a treat..... As for springs look on eBay or at any MX shop , they should be able to match them

The springs and o-rings were the same on the 87-89 kx125. Part number 011311 from FMF

;-)things from the hardware store are usually not biton, but buna, which won't last long.

I think that the OEM diagram showed the measurement on the oring, something like 39 x 2 or so.
