Check your float level and your inlet needle.

X2 on what David said. I was thinking the exact same thing. Something is not functioning properly with the float/needle.

Definitely sounds like a float / fuel issue....

When the fuel is turned on & the bike is on its side stand running , do you get any fuel leaking out of the overflow pipes ?
Do you get any fuel leaking out of the bike if its upright ??

When on sidestand the fuel leaks out of the top of the fuel line. I put another line on it and still the same. Should i loeer or raise float level.

It sounds like the float needle is leaking. Even if the float level is set properly, if the float needle leaks you will get too much fuel in the float bowl. I would change the float needle.

Yes, change the needle and reset the float height.

Try this (video below) while you have it apart. I've never done the side of the float valve like he did but always do the float seat surface and sides where the float valve rides up and down. Make sure you spray it out with carb cleaner and blow through with compressed air if you have it. It works great for a gummed up or pitted float valve seat.

my 2002 220 had same jetting and had same idle issue along with running really bad off the bottom.
It never over flowed from carb tho.

My 1st thought was also float height. I played with that with no success. It ran best with air screw about half turn out, so it was rich.

Been reading about jet block gasket and found a video with a way to test it. Float bowl full, carb upside down, then blow air thru pilot jet passage.
Bubbles and it's leaking.

Mine failed test.

Long story short, I know...too late lol,
I replaced jet block gasket(passed test), went from a 42 pilot to a 40, float height just under 18 mm, new correct spark plug(posted had a 7 in it)and replaced needle valve even tho it looked fine and it runs and files great now.

I know I made several changes at once, but I think the new jet block gasket was the answer.

Here's the link. I've never been able to adjust it like he did. If it had bubbles it got a new gasket. I use water instead of gas (less mess) and blow out all the passages with compressed air afterwards.
