Rear Brake Lever Adjust
Is there a way to adjust the height where rear brake sits in relation to peg?

Yes. You pull the pin out that goes through the rear of the brake lever and the clevis at the end of the master cylinder rod. Then adjust the clevis up (to lower brake lever) or down (raise lever) with the two jam nuts. The put the pin back through with a cotter pin and you're good to go.
