Going through my 2002 kdx220 motor and was wondering if there is anything I should replace in the power valve

I replaced the two seals on either side of that main horizontal geared shaft thing. Plus any stuff I broke along the way
Everything else was just thorough cleaning.

x2 on those two little lip seals. Two times in a row I got a cylinder back from plating, went to start putting it back together, and forgot to order those seals lol but yea, its just cleaning and gaskets for the covers and the head.

I used a Tusk top end gasket set with good results. It comes with the two seals that the guys mention above. My original slotted cover oring wouldn't seal up during leak down testing. If youre ordering any OEM parts you might as well order that oring and the right KIPS shaft oring that Kawasaki refers to as "packing" on the parts break down.
