Hi guys

complete engine rebuild on my 220r, first one Ive done so looking for a bit guidance please..

Engine has been split and will be taking the case to a machinist to be pressed out, may as well change all the bearings as the water and grey oil probably hasn't done them much good..

So, does any one have a list of all the bearing and seals that are required, big ask I know, but would be bloody helpful.

UK mate.

OK. I was thinking you were in the UK. I have ordered once from Cornwall Kawasaki in the UK maybe around one year ago. I was very pleased with the service from them. If I ever need any more UK / non-USA parts, I will definitely order from them again without hesitation. I just looked on their site. They seem to show diagrams for the KDX200, but not the KDX220. In the USA, all the crankcase parts are the same. Here is an example:

Anyway, find a company that shows the year and model you have and look at their parts diagrams online to see all the parts for a certain area of the bike. Some EU places show prices in Euros, UK places in GBP.
