i have a bog if i twist the throttle really quick. I know my main is good because it runs great wot. the bottom end is the trouble. Ive tried a 45, 48,and 52 pilot and really couldnt tell a difference. I think maybe i should try a different needle. What needle is stock and what do you run? ive seen stock is r1172n or r1173n. i dont know which one. Right now i have r1172n with the clip in the 4th from the top position.
bike is a 93 kdx200. carb is pwk35

Have you tried moving the clip up to lean it a bit?

Peak through this section to see if it helps especially the jetting and needle guides.

Might look at the main jet again. Mine had a bog as you say (after changing to power reeds). I went up one on the main and it was solved.

Re: which carb needle?
My low speed bog was cleaned up with a leaner pilot. As was my buddies with the same mods, but his was happier with one size leaner than mine. Its a process (you've heard that before).
