1994 E Series with stock USD's & newer top clamps?

I have a 94 with the blue USD's & wanted to use a later year top triple clamp to add some rise & push the bars forward by flipping the mounts but I'm not sure if they will work. I know the 95 & newer clamps work with the conventional forks but didn't know if the USD's were a larger diameter? If the 95 forward clamps won't work then what other options do I have? At this point I'm pretty sure I don't want to do a front end conversion since the bike is completely original, I'm just looking to push the bars forward & add some rise.

1990 KX250 or 1990 KX500 is what you need. 1991 and newer are too big.

There's also different bar risers available out there that can do what you want:

That's interesting, I've never seen the bottom risers before. They look similar to Rox Risers, any idea who makes them?
