Hi friends.

Again a will fit or not question

Are the 2001 220 stock carbs and 2005 220 stock carbs are identical?

Will the 2001 needle/slide/screw cap and cable will fit in a 2005 carb?

thanks a bunch (just to be sure before we buy)

Phil, not sure of the answer but try referencing / comparing part numbers at:
http://www.kawasaki.com/Default.asp?str ... intParts=1

If you're buying a used carb..at the very least know the jetting is going to be way off. Just assume it to be.

Be careful. Lots of things can be wrong that you won't know 'til after you get it. Unless you're after something in particular...try to determine (at least ask) that it has not been modified in any way. I've read of folks taking a dremel to their slide to modify the cut. Maybe that works sometimes..but I'd sure be leery of a carb modified in someones garage.

Other than that...I'm sure it will work out perfectly!!!

I will confirm with the seller  Thanks

This is a long story...My friend need an other carburetor because his mother lost his carb. The carb was in a grocery plastic bag and she lost it.

Advice of the day >QBB< Never leave your carb to your mother.

 Look in the laundry room, should be hanging on the door knob. That's where my mom put everything she didn't know what to do with.
