Trails In Michigans U.P.

Post by Veedub »

Anyone ride in the U.P.? I hear there are some nice State trails there. Any advice on which one's are good/bad. I know some are old rail beds, those would be boring!

Thanks

I have no idea, but I was up there this winter and the terrain is simply amazing for the midwest.....

I rode up there last fall. Not sure what towns(s) I was close to. Rode two different places. both state trails. I'll have to look on the map and get back to you. Pretty good riding....not hard...single track.......sandy...sandy....sandy....flat...flat....whoops, whoops, and more whoops. I swear the biggest hill I seen was 10ft.

Thanks FTB,

I have heard there are some trails that are more ATV oriented(the sandy ones) and also some that are great single track woods riding. I want to plan a trip this spring and hope to not have to find out the hard way. Thanks for any info.
