KDX 125 SR
Hi I have a kdx 125 SR 1997 and I am looking for a aftermarket exhaust anyone know which one would fit or where I can get one made / buy one Thanks any answers will be helpful

Sorry. Most of the members here are from the USA. The USA never got the KDX125, so we know little about it.

A frequent poster here, Jaguar, has done much research on this subject. I would suggest you review his work and maybe even contact him.
As a start, you will need to know the port timing in degrees of open duration of your engine's transfer and exhaust ports to plug in the numbers in the formula to come up with the expansion chamber dimensions.
To do this, you will need to mount a degree wheel on the crank shaft and remove the head so you can see when the piston opens the exhaust and transfer ports.
This can be an interesting and rewarding exercise if you have the time and patience, and the resources to actually make the chamber to the calculated dimensions and will fit your bike.

"Big one " exhausts make them for the kdx 125.... Google them or look on eBay...prices vary £104 for the header & £70 for the silencer .

we can have a deep end can but the big one front is all there is for a fair price but ebay is the only place to get one if you speak jap you can get some real nice ones lol
