2005 KDX 220 rebuild HELP!

So I recently bought a really nice 220. After only a few hours on it, the stock piston fractured and cracked my cases.. Bad enough right... Now I've found a good bottom end from a source on eBay. 2002 KDX 220. I'm trying to get the right side case cover on and the bottom left guidpin is 2mm to long. The guidpin numbers are the same on the 200's and 220's. I'm wondering if the cover was for a 200 bottom end and now it's not fitting on the 220.. Has anyone had this issue? What's the fix?

If there is nothing on the dowel holes (sometimes material can be wedged up in front of the pin not letting it seat properly in one of the holes) grind the end off the pin.

I need a cover now... Cracked mine trying to get it to fit. They're backordered. Anyone got a blown engine?

You are looking for the inner clutch cover.

Inner clutch cover, not right crankcase half.

Look on eBay. They sold a jillion KDX's, so anything from 1995 - 2006 should work.
