I bought a 89 kdx 200 a month or so ago and am looking to ditch the old plastics for a newer sleeker ones. Just wondering what year plastics will fit and possibly seat aswell.

Not much. You can swap the front fender for whatever you like. You can fit a KX500 rear fender with some cutting, it has a nice look and fits the lines of the bike. The rest you are stuck with unless you want to Frankenstein something up.
