to much flow?
So i built a hybrid on a 2002 kx125 frame with a 95kdx engine. When all said and done i went with a kx250 shorty silencer. The bike has very little lugging power down low and revs out but feels flat is the silencer the issue? Has rb head and carb, boyseen rad valve and uni filter. The plug colour is amazing just has disapointing pull.

What pipe did you use? That will make the most difference in powerband.

Re: to much flow?
It isnt the silencer (unless yours is damaged or plugged up) as most hybrid builders use the kx250 silencer since it fits the best.
