Post by stomlinson »

Has anyone had good luck with the fmf woods pipe on the kdx 200? I have the dessert pipe on it now and its really flat mid to full throttle

Woods pipe is great on a 200 if you're after more low-mid. Generally, for most kdxer's, we recommend the desert pipe on the 220, and the woods for the 200. The desert pipe should scream on your 200 at full throttle though. Maybe you have a jetting issue?

definitely wrong jetting if that pipe don't give good top end power.
other than that try retarding the ignition timing by moving the stator coil plate CCW
