$150 for Engine + Carb

So I could have my hands on a complete engine and carb for my 1985 KDX 200. I don't think I need a new engine, but I do need a carb. It turns over and has compression. Is this a good deal? Could I resell it?

Grab it, the day you smash a casing or something daft, you'll regret it if you don't. If I found even a dud engine that was complete for that price I'd snatch it up in a heart beat.
