Jetting

I searched for how to jet my 95 KDX200. The amount of info is ridiculous at this point.
Anyone have a simple write up that they know of that they can point me to? My bike has always been solid but I recently went back to the stock silencer to quiet it down on the street. Seems to be running much better but I don't want to jeopardize the motor in case it's running too good (is that possible?). Any help is appreciated.
