125 KDX and KX barrel interchangeabilty

Does '92 125 KX barrel fit to a '92 125 KDX crankcase? It seems to be very hard to find the power valves for a KDX barrel but I have been offered a whole KX barrel for a good price.

Hello ! sorry , is "barrel" the cylinder (excuse my poor english language) ? if yes, here in France we have a lot of 125 KDX, for what i know 92 don't fit, 89 fit , 90-91 fit but you must put a second radiator... for your valve, have you look at here ?
