I keep reading these forums and seeing this Kdx/kx hybrid. Are there ways to upgrade my Kdx significantly.

If you want to keep most of your KDX, you can do a fork swap.olsonanthony16 wrote: Are there ways to upgrade my Kdx significantly.
The only thing left of the KDX is the engine when you do a hybrid.

Oh. Well I'm happy with my forks. And pretty much the bike overall. At first I thought maybe it was a performance boost. But that kind of change is outside my spending reach

Re: Hybrid? What is it?
The hybrid is basically putting the KDX motor into a MX bike chassis. Depending on the type of riding you do, it is a significant upgrade/change in regards to handling and suspension. I'm in the process of building one now. A pretty good deal of work is involved, but its nothing too crazy. So many people have built them and have already figured out the hard parts for the rest of us, it makes it fairly straightforward with the right parts.
