FMF Gnarly Woods pipe!

Post by revin9 »

Hey guys and gals! Just gotta ask a few simple questions, Ive ordered a FMF Gnarly Woods pipe, and was wondering once I put it on if I will need to re-jet the carb to run correctly with the new pipe. Any suggestions appreciated.

yes

if this bike is new to you, this is the time to decide on an oil, a ratio and stick with it
jet accordingly

My ol' kdx aint new to me >:) Ive been running Benol, and a ratio of 32:1 so I guess I will have to re-jet it to run with the pipe?

yes you will

I just tossed the oil comment out there because you want to get that settle before you try to dial in your jetting, because a change in oil or ratio would also require a rejet (though not as apparent as a new pipe )
