rear back light and brake light not working

Help please for some reason when starting up my kdx220 the front light is on main and dip light work and horn. rear brake light and rear light not working. it did work . I have replaced the bulb . any help as to what it could be I have traced the wires from the rear light and all look connected ok.

Is the 220 the SR ??
Chech the rear bulb holder , also the main switch on the handle bar .

its the 220r 2004 model uk

there is no front brake light working either

The kdx never came with a front brake light switch to activate the rear light....unless the previous owner fitted one?
Check the rear bulb to see if it hasn't blown....the wiring is very simple so I can't see it being too much of a problem to find the fault...I would start from the bulb & work your way back...I would imagine if your bike is 2004 then I would say the wiring is stock & not messed around with....the last UK registered kdx's were 2002/2003 I have only seen 1 2005 !
