Hi guys, when I bought my bike the guy gave me an extra rear shock to put on the bike because the lower fork on the original was cracked. I want to rebuild the extra shock before I put it on to the bike. The problem is that it looks very close to my current spring but the upper mount has a bearing instead of a bushing. My question is, is there a way to identify what seal kit I should use with out knowing what model and year bike the shock originally came off of.
Thanks in advance.

Rear shock identification
Thanks, it is currently on the bike, I put it on and then found out there is no dampening to it. As soon as I pull it back off I will take a picture of it.
