220r imported to uk but has 200 vin plate (uk)

hi, guys new to the kdx looking at buying the 220r which was inported from America to the uk I have phoned a couple of dealers just to make sure I can get parts etc they have told me its a 2005 model .I gave them my vin number and they tell me its a 200 h11 not a 220r, so I am cofused the engine has dx220aeo stamped on it so I know the engine is a 220 but he frame is a 200 ,do you think the frame has been swapped ??
is this a problem as not sure , is the 200 frame the same as the 220 ??? it just looks a bit suspect
they have said a 220r vin should start with JKBDX in the uk
the vin I have is JKADX
DO YOU THINK SOMBODY HAS PUT A 220 ENGINE INTO A 200 FRAME CAN THIS BE DONE??
