Post by royadams »

Ordered up a new lectron carb for my hybrid last week. Anyone have one, how do you like it. I cant wait till mid week to check it out. Also ordered a tall seat foam for it. Now if it ever quits raining maybe I can ride.

kdx250/kx125 hybrid new carb

I have one on my old 1994 hybrid, but it has to be tilted sideways some to get the cable to clear the gas tank. Got a new 36mm Lectron coming for my 2004 hybrid. They are making the bell fit the kx125 38mm air boot. I love that I don't need a big tank. I have not tried it at higher elevation but cold weather does not seem to affect it. The only problem is the choke is on the wrong side.

Yea they have a relocation kit for the choke for $25 . He said I probably wont need it. If I do ill just order it later. We will have to see how bad it is on my hybrid.
