So instead of buying new seat foam, I decided to use some carpet cushion to fill in the chunks of foam that were missing from my seat foam. My wife cut out a square of the seat foam, and I cut out the same size square from the carpet cushion. Spray a little adhesive spray on it, and boom, newish seat. It's real high quality carpet cushion, so I'm sure it'll be durable. I don't have any before pics, but there were a few chunks missing. But here are some after pics. And a pic of my new grips :P I might do something different with the side there. Might cut a little square and fit the carpet cushion. You can also see my new seat cover in the top right corner. Just a black one. Nothing fancy, haha.
