XR 400 friction plates compatible?

I saw someone say (on this site) at some point that XR 400 friction plates fit the KDX 200. Can anyone confirm this? I have a lot of trouble finding clutch plates which are not part of a complete set (friction plates, disks, springs). Can anyone confirm if they're compatible? I sure hope they are because those are pretty easy to come by.
