I was wondering what's my choice of Bark Busters for Pro Taper bars, that won't breake the bank?
Any suggestions, seems lots of options out there for factory bars...thanks.

Bars are a very personal preference. A lot of people go with the cr high bend if they are taller.

sounds like he allready has the pro taper bars, and is now looking for a set of barkbusters

they can be found for 7/8th and 1 1/8th bars in all popular colours but purple
the inside is aluminum and holds up real good, 3 out of my 4 bikes have these and that is only because the 4th one came with a different set

i only once had an issue with the hardware being poor quality and the seller send me a second set after i showed him some pictures

Yes, I already have ProTaper Bars, but looking for bark Busters that will fit the over-size bar diameter, after a trip to my local bile shop all they had were for standard diameter bars..Thx.

problem solved

My preference are brakbusters that mount to the triple clamp versus the bar. Seems like the ones that clamp to the bar much more prone to getting out of shape. Of course that could just be my riding [emoji15]

when i changed my bars from 7/8th to 1 1/8th i swapped over the bark busters
all that was needed for a proper fit was a quick ream with a 1 inch drill bit through the inward mounts and i was golder
