E vs H series shock?

Post by SS109 »

I'm not up on the parts swapability between the H and E series. Can an E shock fit in the H frame? Gotta friend who has an H-series (actually an A model 220) who will let me borrow her bike to race but the suspension is all wrong for me. Was thinking I could swap over my forks and shock to make a go of it.

Shock won't swap. Spring will, though.

reservoir goes down on E to let pipe clear above

reservoir goes up on H and 250 to allow pipe to clear below

not sure if that is why on fit.

You need to measure eye to eye length, either way
