The e series was a great bike ,but parts are now getting tougher. I know they tend to wear sub-valves that are now discontinued.

You got pictures? What area are you in?

THe area you are in matters for price/value. Pictures of the bike gives some of these guys the ability to "pick it apart"......Just helps you in the long run.

Mint or not, you will still need parts in the future. E series KIPS valves are unubtainiun as of now. There are lots of H series KDX'S for the same price you are looking at. I brought home a nice 97 220 for $850 and my son has a good 00 220 that he paid $1200 for. Just saying.....

Same bikes, KDXs didn't really change at all for each series (E's are one bike (mostly) and Hs are one bike (mostly). I actually look up parts for 01 or 06 KDX, you'd be amazed at what is available for an 02 KDX that is not listed for an 05....
You'll be good to go with the 95! (assuming it's a sound bike of course)

the purple bikes are just way cooler then the green ones, and that emits a certain vibe which tranlates into higher self esteem allowing you to be a better rider then you would be on a green bike
