Lighting coil rewind. Plastic guide part needed.

I'm trying to rewind the lighting coil on my '89 but the plastic guide that goes around the core has deteriorated and isn't useable. Does anyone know where I could find this plastic part or have a junk lighting coil that I could buy for cheap to scavenge that part? Thanks a lot.
